Applied on the Tuesday, approved on the Wednesday! Quick turn around. Everything done online! House was amazing! Communication has been fantastic! Repairs already organised to be completed before we moved in

Fantastic and friendly service!
Moving flats was a smooth and easy process thanks to everyone at Property Alchemy. Minor repairs were dealt with incredibly quickly by great contractors. We are very happy with the move!

The team at Property Alchemy were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Before we even arrived at our rental property, they had already helped connect all of the essential services, making the move much easier and less stressful.

When a few unexpected issues arose, including the need for additional cleaning and pest control, the team responded promptly and handled everything with genuine care, respect and consideration. They stayed on top of the required works and made sure the property was clean, safe and ready for us to settle into comfortably.

We truly appreciated their professionalism, communication and willingness to help. Thank you to the entire Property Alchemy team for making us feel supported and looked after throughout the process. Highly recommended!

I’d like to thank Property alchemy for their swift approval and Upon moving, they gave us Immediate access to Internet to the new property as well as organising our electricity for us so that when we moved into our home it was already up and running for us we are also very grateful as the house needed extra cleaning prior to us moving and they organised all of that as well as Pest Control making sure that everything is up to par definitely will recommend them as a top shelf Realestate Boutique, we appreciate all the efforts and everything they’ve done for us.
