Prior to a lengthy career in real estate, Penelope studied psychology at Sydney University which ignited her affinity to really understanding people and their needs. Through active listening and getting to know her clients’ motivations, she is able provide a strategic process that achieves profitable results.
Penelope started in real estate at McGrath Estate Agents through the high-growth franchising transformation stage of the business. She has held senior management roles at leading real estate businesses including LJ Hooker and Ray White.
As a long-term property investor herself, Penelope truly understands the opportunities property investing can provide her clients in creating a financial advantage in their life. She lives and breathes property investing and after two decades in the industry she knows what works and shares those formulas with the clients she works with.
A self-professed extrovert, Penelope thrives off the energy of her clients, and believes her vocation in life is to work closely with people to create profitable and positive experiences. She co-founded Property Alchemy on the foundation of trust and authenticity and is driven by a sole purpose of creating the best possible outcomes for her clients.
Ultimately, Penelope runs Property Alchemy as a people-first business, meaning her clients are kept informed on their investment portfolios from day one. When not in the office, Penelope loves cooking and entertaining with her husband, and keeping up with her three kids and bordoodle Roxxie. Before work you can often find her at a high-paced reformer Pilates class or enjoying an almond flat white.
