We bought this property for a long-term client who was looking to purchase their first investment property. They wanted a low-maintenance house with good bones and plenty of room for tenants to enjoy. It had to be a great location with lots of facilities. This property was particularly attractive as it was in a cul-de-sac, was on a larger block of land, had district views, and a great entertaining area outside. We were able to secure tenants before the property actually settled.
