Belinda brings a background in finance, with an early career in business banking and management, plus over 20 years of buying and selling properties for herself. This background has been essential in allowing Belinda to think outside the box and secure the best deals for her clients.
After moving into real estate, Belinda quickly discovered how much she loved the atmosphere and excitement of helping clients get the results they need and creating wealth opportunities for her investors. She loves all aspects of property and helping clients move into the next phase of their lives. Being a part of their success story is what really motivates her.
In a real estate career spanning two decades, Belinda has been lucky to work all over Sydney at prestigious real estate agencies. As Head of Property Management at McGrath Estate Agents, Belinda ran a large team over ten different offices across Sydney. This gave her a great understanding and flexibility in working across diverse real estate markets, helping agents successfully manage multiple properties with impeccable attention to detail.
She has held various senior management roles in real estate companies as well as real estate software like MRI Software (formerly Rockend) who deliver the very latest in real estate software solutions for premium agencies.
After operating as a senior technology advisor to more than 40 of Australia’s leading real estate agencies, Belinda now incorporates this software knowledge into Property Alchemy, giving her clients the very latest in industry technology and the confidence to manage their portfolios with ease.

When she’s not at work, Belinda enjoys spending time outdoors with her two sons, often cheering them on from the soccer sidelines.
